To Pleasant Lably Guardian & next friend of Henry Jackson, an infant under the age of twenty one years Take notice that I shall on the 10th day of September next, between the hours of sunrise and sunset proceed to take the deposition of J P Williamson & others at the Eagle Hotel in the town of Farmville to be read as evidence in a suit now depending in the Circuit Superior Court of law and Chancery for the County of Prince Edward in which you and plaintiff and myself and others are defendants If from any course said depositions are not completed on that day they will continue from day to day at the same place and between the same hours until completed.
