To Henry Jackson an Infant suing by Pleasant Labby his guardian and next friend Take notice that on the 23rd of April 1847 we shall between the hours of sunrise and sunset in the law office of Watkins & Southall in the town of Farmville & County of Prince Edward, take the deposition of others to be read as evidence for the defendant in a chancery suit now pending in the circuit superior court of Law & Chancery for Prince Edward county in which you are plaintiff and we the under illegible and other defendants where you and Pleasant Labby can attend yours etc. Patrick H Jackson A Vaughan
