That I should on the 14th Day of August next at The Law Office of Moody and [Sheed?] in The Town of Lynchburg proceeds to take the Deposition of Sunday persons to be [illegible] as [illegible] in a [suit?] now pending and undetermined in the Circuit Superior Court of Law and [illegible] for the County of Prince Edward wherein [illegible] as the guardian and [next?] friend of Henry Jackson an [infant?] and plaintiff and you and others are [illegible] and if from any cause this said deposition should [illegible] be taken on that day, I shall continue from day to day [illegible] completed.
