Sir: Please take notice that I shall on the 14th Day of August next at the Law Office of Mosby Sheperd in the town of Lynchburg proceed to take the depositions of Sundry persons to be read as evidence in a suit now pending and undetermined in the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for the County of Prince Edward wherein I as the guardian and next friend of Henry Jackson an infant an plaintiff and you and others an [?], and if from any cause the said depositions should not be taken on that way I shall continue from day to day till completed
