Gentlemen:  Please take notice that I shall on the 22nd Septr next, at the Law Office of Mosby Speed in the Town of Lynchburg proceed to take the depositions of [?] persons to be read as Evidence in a Suit now pending and undetermined in the Circuit Superior Court of Law. [?] Chancery for the County of Prince Edward wherein I as the Guardians next friend of Henry Jackson an infant am plaintiff and you and others an defendants, and if from any cause the said depositions should not be taken on that day I shall continue from day to day untill they are completed
