After the death of said Jnoo W. Gilbert, the Exor [Executor?] permitted the said slave to remain in the possession of the widow of said Gilbert, her children & said Elizabeth [torn paper] living with her. The Exor [Executor?] acknowledges said slave to be the property of the said Elizabeth, & permitted the slave to remain in  possession of the widow for the said Elizabeth when she should come of age or marry. But the said Exor [Executor?] departed this life intestate before Elizabeth came of age or married.
