of Rhubarb, Sixty three Pounds of the Essence of Bergamot, Thirty five Pounds of Gum [Ammon?] : One hundred and seventy two Pounds of Gum Guaiacum, One hundred and fourteen pounds of Cort: Cascarella, Two hundred and Twenty six pounds of Sweet Fennel seed, Two hundred Pounds of Gum: Tart:: One hundred pounds of Aloes, Twenty five Cases of Sweet Oil, One hundred Gallons of Flax seed Oil, One Gross of Bateman's Drops, One Gross of Essence of Peppermint, Two Gross of British Oil, Five Hall Lamps with Brass Furniture, Twelve Wedgewood Mortars with Pestles Three Bell Metal Ditto, Fifty one Mahogany Shop Drawers, Sixty three Walnut Shop Bases, Forty two Shop Pine Drawers, One Case of Letter Drawers, and one Puncheon of Rum; together with all my right and interest in the same and every part and parcel thereof, To Hold to the said James Saunderson his heirs, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns; But upon this Special Trust and Confidence; that if I the said James Kennedy junior do not on or before the first day of June next which will be in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and five, pay, satisfy and discharge the said several debts so before specified, and every part thereof unto the said John Laird, Messieurs Chamberlain and Humphreys, Gabriel Wood, and Joel and Jonathan Post, and thereby redeem all the aforesaid property, that then, he the said James Saunderson, do proceed to sell the same, in the best manner and most advantageous way for the purpose of satisfying and discharging the said several debts so by me as aforesaid due and owing: and that for that purpose he the said James Saunderson do proceed to sell and dispose of, in the first place to the best advantage, the Stock in Trade hereinbefore enumerated, and then if need to expose to public sale such of the other property in this Deed before mentioned as may be the most likely to raise a sufficient sum to discharge the whole of the said several sums of Money, so before specified, by me due and owing, and if need be to be expose the whole to sale, and after satisfying the said Debts, that if any surplus do remain in his hands, that he do pay the same over to me the said James
