Wallace Sommers has sold his undivided interest and estate of one fifth of said slaves to the said S. L Sommers; and whereas the said A. V. Sommers, A. E. Sommers, and A. H. Sommers own, each, an undivided fifth, and the said S. L. Sommers owns an undivided interest of two fifths of said slaves; therefore, in order that this division be made equitable and just to all parties in interest, it is, by these presents, further agreed that the said A. V. Sommers shall pay, tot he said S. L Sommers, his executors, administrators or assigns, the sum of four hundred and sixty dollars; and that the said A. V. Sommers shall pay to the said A.E. Sommers the sum of ten dollars, or to her executors, administrators, or assigns, and that the said A.H. Sommers shall pay to the said A. E. Sommers, her executors, administrators, or assigns, the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars. And we, the aforesaid  A. V. Sommers, A. E. Sommers, J. Wallace Sommers, A. H. Sommers, and S. L. Sommers, heirs and distributees, as aforesaid, do hereby waive all exceptions to the aforesaid division of Slaves, and desire that it may be passed by the court having jurisdiction over the same, and ordered to be recorded.  In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this twenty second day.
