Know all men by these presents that I Benj'e [Benjamin] Dulany for and in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid. the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge Have bargained and Sold and by these presents do bargain and Sell unto Tunis Craven a Negro Girl named Grace to have and to hold the said Grace unto the said Tunes Craven his Heirs and assigns free from the claim and demand of all and every person or persons whatsoever, and the Said Dulany doth warrant and defend unto the Said Craven his Heirs &c a proper right and title unto the said Grace.
