of the said sum of thirteen hundred and fifty three dollars & fifteen cents, and then upon this further trust, that they, or either of them, or the heirs, Executors or administrators of them, or either of the, shall and will so soon after the happening of such default of payment, as they or either of them or the heirs, executors and administrators of them, or either of them may think proper or the said Archibald Robertson may request sell the said Tracts of land and premises with their appurtenances, together with the aforesaid Slaves and the increase of the Females thereof (whether in place or out of place) or such part thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy the said debt and all charges, after having advertised the time and place of sale in some news paper published in the Town of Lynchburg for three weeks successfully and out of the monies arising from such sale shall after satisfying the charges thereof, pay tot he said Archibald Robertson or his legal representative the said sum of thirteen hundred and fifty three dollars and fifteen cents with interest from the 25th day of October next, and the balance if any shall pay to the said Thomas Rudd or his order. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals the day and year above written sealed & delivered in presence of Geo W.
