the time and place of sale at their own discretion and given ten days notice thereof in One of the news papers printed in Lynchburg and also notafied the same by advertisement, to be set up at the door of the Courthouse of Campbell County On some Court day previous to the day of sale and Out of the monies arising from such sale shall after satisfying the charges thereof, and all other expences attending the premises pay to the said Elisha. E. Hundley [illegible] their Executors administrators or assigns, the said sum of $190.77/100 with the interest which may thereon lawfully have accrued, and the balance, if any, shall pay to the said Mary Roberts her heirs executors administrators or assigns But if the whole of the said sum of $190.77 shall be fully paid off and discharged to the said Elisha. E.
