Know all men by these presents that I Geore [George] Carter of Lancaster County and State of Virginia for divers good Causes and Considrations [Considerations] moving me There unto more especially For the the Love and effection [affection] That I have and bear unto my Daughter Jean Berry Have Given Granted and made over to the Said Jean Berry her heirs by These presents all my Right Title and Interest of Four Negros namly [namely] Agree, Nany, Daniel Fanny and all Theire [their] futer [future] Increases to said Jean Berry her heirs for Ever
