Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Ingram of Lancaster County have this day bargained sold and delivered unto George Ingram William Ingram Betty Ingram & [Clay?] Ingram or their Heirs. Exec. or Assigns. One Negroe girl named Silvey and all her future increase Three feather beds and furniture one yoake of Oxen and four head of other cattle for and in consideration of the nature & love and affection which he the said Thos Ingram has and bears towards and for the said George, William, Betsey, and [Cloey?] Ingram as also the sum of four dollars food and lawfull money of Virginia unto me in hand paid at or before the unsealing and delivery of these presents and for the said Four dollars I do hereby Warrant and defend the aforesaid Negroe girl Silvey and her future increase ^three feather beds &c^ one yoake of Oxen and four head of other cattle against the right title claim or demand of any person or persons whomsoever or whatsoever. In witness whereof I hereunto sit my hand and offer my seal this 7th day of June in the year of our Lord 1799.  Thos Ingram {Seal}
