This indenture Tripartite, made between Richard [Glascoch?] of the County of Richmond of the one part, and Ann S. Brent of the County of Lancaster of the second, and Robert M. Robertson of the County of Lancaster of the third part, [Witnepeth?], that [illegible] a message in intended to be [consumed?] between the said Richard [Glascoch?], and the said Ann S. Brent parties to these presents, the said Ann S. Brent for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to her in hand paid by the said Robert M. Robertson at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the illegible] whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Ann S. Brent hath granted bargained and sold, all her right, title, interest, and claim, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, and sell unto the said Robert M. Robertson all her right, title, interest and claim, to all goods, chattels, lands, and [illegible] now held and belonging unto the said Ann S. Brent to have and to hold the said interest, right, and title of the said Ann S. Brent of, in, or to the goods, chattels, lands, and [interests?] now belonging to the said Ann S. Brent for her use and interest alone. To all intents and purposes whatsoever; and the said Richard [Glascoch?], doth by these presents [illegible], and forever [illegible] claim to all right and title, to all and singular, the goods, chattel, lands and [illegible] of the said Ann S. Brent; which as the said Richard [Glascoch?] might acquire, or have by [illegible] of the aforesaid intended marriage, and the said Richard [Glascoch?] in consideration of the marriage aforesaid, covenant, agrees, and obliges himself to give unto the said Ann S. Brent to her and her heirs forever upon the consummation of the aforesaid marriage one [Carriage?] and pair of Horses. This Indenture further [illegible] that the said Richard [Glascoch?], for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to him in hand paid by the said Robert M. Robertson the plantation [whereon?] he now lives, known by the name of [illegible] [Banks?], three Negroes, [illegible], [Bin?, [Solomon?
