Know all men by These presents, That I William Brent of the parish of Christ Church County of Lancaster and State of Virginia, for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which I bear to my Grand Son William Brumley Brent, of the aforesaid parish, County, & State, as well as for the further consideration of One Dollar to me in hand paid by the said William B Brent, at or before the ensealing & delivery of these presents (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) Have given & granted, and by these presents do give and grant unto the said William B Brent his heirs, extrs, admrs and assigns.
