LL & JS Indenture made and entered into this 20th day of December 1844 between Isaac Carrell of  the first part. Robert T. Dunaway of the second & Benjamin M Walker of the third all of the County of Lancaster & State of Virginia. Witnesseth that the said Isaac Cunese as well for an in consideration of he sum of one dollar to him in hand paid by the said Dunaway as for the further consideration of securing the following debt due the said Walker by the sd Canice [illegible] a Bond Executed by the said Cunce to the sd Walker on the 18th day of November 1844 for the sum of One Hundred & Eighty one Dollars & Twenty one cents, and bearing Interest from the date thereof hath this day given granted bargained sold & by these presents doth give grant bargain & sell unto the sd Dunaway his Exors admirs or assigns the following negro slaves to wit negroes Robert & Charles unto Chas P Dunaway his Exors adms & assigns forever
