or have to pay (with the legal interest thereon) on account of said securityship & the balance if any shall pay to the said Joseph D Pursley his exors, admors, or assigns, But if the whole of the said sums of money for which the said bonds were given shall be fully paid off & discharged to the said Cornelius Sullivan Guardian as aforesaid, his exors, admors, or assigns, So that no default be made by the sd. Joseph D Pursley in the payment thereof
