this trust & the expenses of sale shall pay off, satisfy & discharge these bonds or such of them or such part thereof as may remain due & unpaid, together is with all costs & interest that may there on have accrued and the balance if any shall pay to the said Philip Wimberg his excrs adminors. & assigns, but if the said bonds be entirely paid off & discharged by the said Wimberg so that there be no liability upon the said George as security then to for the payment of the sum then this indenture to be void, otherwise to remain in full force & virtue.
