This indenture made and extends into the 6th day of June 1842 return Bennie A Henderson and Dorothy B Henderson his wife of the first part William Daniel is of the second part and Horatio Dephrisd of the [illegible] part whereas the said Bennie A Henderson and Dorothy B. his wife are justly [illegible] to the said Horalio Dephrisd in the sum of ninety dollars by bond due the 25 to of December 1842, also in the further sum of thirty dollars now due on dec mand which said sums of money; it is the wish and desire of the said Bennie A Henderson and Dorothy B. his wife to secure the payment thereof more effectually.
