McKinney. Now therefore, this Indenture witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the premises, and also for and in consideration of one dollar by the said John W. McKinney to the said John McKinney in hand paid before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, he the said John McKinney hath remised, released and forever quitted claim, and, by these presents, doth fully and absolutely remise, release, and forever quit claim unto the said John W. McKinney, his heirs and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, in law or equity of him the said John McKinney in and to all the property, whether real, personal or mixed, conveyed in the aforementioned deed of the 17: day of April 1843, and before recited, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the before mentioned property with all its privileges and appurtenances unto the said John W. McKinney his heirs and assigns, to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John W. McKinney his heirs and assigns forever, so that the said John McKinney, nor any other person whatsoever, claiming by, through or under him, shall hereafter have, claim, challenge or demand any estate, right, title or interest, of, in or to the said premises or any part thereof, but from all and every estate, right, Title, interest or demand of, in or to the said premises or any part thereof, they and every of them shall be utterly excluded and barred forever, by these presents.
