Know all men by these presents that we David Sexton and [blank] are held & firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Virginia in the just & full sum of One hundred Dollars; to which payment well and truly to be made to the said Commonwealth we bind ourselves our and each of our heirs executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly bound by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 22nd 1874. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas F. J. McMillan admr of A. B. McMillan dec'd has this day obtained judgement against David Sexton and he having asked for stay of execution for 90 day and having been given him. Now if the said Sexton shall do and fully perform all the duties required of him as this requires in such case then this obligation to be void, thereto [illegible] in full force & virtue.
