INJUNCTION BOND Know all Men by these Presents, That we, David Sexton John M. Hale are held and firmly bound unto A. & F. J. McMillan & George T. Reeves Admrs of A. B. McMillan dec'd. in the sum of Fourteen hundred dollars; for which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our executors, administrators and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, sealed and dated the 21 day of Novr. 1873. The Condition of the above Obligation is such; That Whereas, the above bound David Sexton hath obtained from the Judge of Grayson Circuit Court an injunction, to stay, until the further order of said Court, all further proceedings on a Judgment of said Grayson Circuit Court recorded against said David Sexton & Peyton G. Hale by said A. B. McMillans admrs on the [blank] day of August 1871, for $690.00 Coin with legal interest thereon, from the 3rd day of September, 1865, till paid, and $ [blank] costs. Now, if said David Sexton shall well and truly ratify and pay said Judgment, and all costs and damages awarded against him, provided said injunction shall be dissolve; then the above obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
