Robinson as particularly described entered in said Petition the two last sums of money were received by this Respondent from Jno A. Jennett one of the defendants to sd. Petition. And this Respondent further admits that he has no reason to believe that the removal of the money, arising from the sale of the personal property to the State of Missouri will impair the rights or be prejudicial to the interest of the sd infant children or of any other person - that he is not informed what effect the removal of the money arising from the sale of the sd tracts of land will upon the interests of any other parties beside the said infant children but that he is entirely willing that the Ct should make such a decree in the premises as it should deem best. And having fully answered he prays hence to be dismissed. Josiah Dabbs
