Conn it is taken for confessed having been [illegible] and bill filed more than four months and she still failing to answer: on consideration whereof the court doth adjudge order and decree that upon of said Raphael Conn pay to said Mary J. Conn three hundred dollars the amount of her legacy, out of the proceeds of sale of the personal estate that the residue of the personal estate and the fund provided by the will of said Raphael Conn for payment

Almond who is hereby appointed a special commissioner for that purpose who after being first duly sworn to settle the said account shall proceed to settle the same and make report of his proceedings herein the court in order to a final decree.

Raphael Conn [executor?] of Raphael Conn [deceased] pltff against Mary J. Conn and negroes Tom, Lucy, William, Nelson, Elizabeth, Evelina, Sam, Isabella, Jackson, John and Betty who were emancipated by the will of said Raphael Conn [deceased?] defendants.
