Circuit Superior Court Sept. Term 1833 Page County to wit:
Raphael Conn [executor?] of Raphael Conn [deceased] pltff against Mary J. Conn and negroes Tom, Lucy, William, Nelson, Elizabeth, Evelina, Sam, Isabella, Jackson, John and Betty who were emancipated by the will of said Raphael Conn [deceased?] defendants.
[illegible] R. Robertson appointed guardian ad litem to infant defendants but not take subject to costs his answer filed and reflection thereto and set for hearing: And this cause came on to be heard this 4th day of September 1833 upon the bill exhibits the answer of infants defendants and adult defendants, Elizabeth, Sophia, William and Nelson and replication thereto and as to Mary J. Conn it is taken for confessed having been [illegible] and bill filed more than four months and she still failing to answer: on consideration whereof the court doth adjudge order and decree that upon of said Raphael Conn pay to said Mary J. Conn three hundred dollars the amount of her legacy, out of the proceeds of sale of the personal estate that the residue of the personal estate and the fund provided by the will of said Raphael Conn for payment
