Pursuant to a decretal order of the Circuit Superior Court of Law & Chancery for Page County bearing date September Term 1833 in the suit of Raphael M. Conn, Exor. of Raphael Conn, decd. pltff. against Mary J. Cunn &c defendants. In Chancery appointing me the undersigned a special commissioner to setile and adjust the executorial amount of Raphael M. Conn. I have, having been previously duly sworn for that purpose, proceeded to the adjustment and settlement of the said amount a statement whereof marked A accompanies this paper. The items thereof were supported by satisfactory vouchers, and it will appear by reference to said account that the estate of Raphael Conn stands indebted to the Exor. Raphl. M. Conn the sum of $458.29 1/2 cents for disbursements made by him over and above the assets which have yet come into his hands.
I learn from the executor that his Testators estate owes the following debts beside the above viz.:
To John Vernor principal $10.33 amount To Mary Hoistend about 30.00 To Three of the heirs of Molly J. Conn (whose Admn. Raph. Conn was) 3/13 of $467.39/3/4. an amount of personal estate, and 3/13 of 575$, an amount of negroes Sophia and her six children, which sums will be entitled to interest from the 16th day of April 1830, and to meet the payment of those claiming her
