Pursuant to a decretal order of the Circuit Superior Court of Law & Chancery for Page County bearing date September Term 1833 in the suit of Raphael M. Conn, Exor. of Rapheal Conn, decd. pltff. against Mary J. Cunn & defendants.  In Chancery appointing in the undersigned a special commissioner to [illegible] and adjust the executional amount of Raphael M. Conn.  I have having been previously duly sworn for that purpose, proceeded to the adjustment and no [illegible]  ment of the said amount a statement whereof marked A accompanies this paper.  The items thereof were supported by satisfactory vouchers and it will appear by reference to said account that the estate of Raphl. M. Conn the sum of $458.29 1/2 cost for disbursements made by him over and above the assets which have yet come into his hands. I came from the executor that his Testators estate owes the following debts beside the above viz.:
