Mr. Nathaniel Matthews Sir Take notice that we shall on the 16th of this month proceed to take sundry depositions at the dwelling house of Sarah Matthews in this County, Prince Edward, in a suit in chancery depending in this county, between you as executor of Phillip B. Matthews dec'd. and us as executors of William Matthews dec'd. of said County. William T. Walker executor Sarah Matthews executrix April 7th 1808
