Sold by R. Gray, Fred'g. The Commonwealth of Virginia, TO THE SHERIFF OF Westmoreland COUNTY - GREETING: WE command you that you summon Hannibal Chandler & Elizabeth Chandler adm'rs. of John Chandler dec'd. to appear at the Clerk's Office of our Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery, for the County of Westmoreland on the 1st Monday in October next, being rule day, to answer a bill in Chancery, exhibited against them in the said Court by Susanna Chandler & William T. Chandler, James Chandler & Letty Chandler, the two last infants by William Hutt their next friend and unless they shall answer the said bill within two months thereafter, the Court will take the same for confessed, and decree accordingly: and this they shall in no wise omit, under the penalty of £100 Ea; and have then there this writ.

Witness, William Hutt Clerk of our said Court, this 8th day of Septm'r. 1846, in the 71st year of our foundation.
