Seth Halsey & Elisha Peters Take notice that I shall on Fryday & Saturday the 28th & 29th of this month at the Washington Hotel in the Town of Lynchburg proceed to take the deposistion of William Jones & others to be read as evidence in an Injunction now depinding in the circuit Superior Court of Law & chancey for the county of Amherst where I and others are plaintiffs & you are defendants and if the said depositions are not taken & finished on these days I shall take them the Monday following and continue them then from day to day until they are finished.
