Douglass & wife vs Harrison et al. In pursuance of the decree pronounced in this cause on the [blank] day of October, 1852, after giving to the defendant Elizabeth Harrison due notice thereof, I proceeded with her approbation to hire out at public auction a negro man name Jessee for the shortest period that would raise the sum of one hundred dollars, payable at the death of the said Elizabeth. The said negro was hired out at Kinsale in the county of Westmoreland, & was bid on by John Dunahew for two years, who executed bond with security, which is herewith returned as part of this report. Respectfully, Ro. H. P. Crabb S.W.C.
