In pursuance of the decree [?] this [?] on the [blank] day of October 1852, after giving to the defendant  Elizabeth Harrison due [?] thereof, I proceeded with her approbation to  hire out at public auction a negro man name Jessie for the [shuted?] period that would raise the sum of one hundred dollars, payable at the death of the said Elizabeth.  The said negro was hired out at Kinsale i the county of Westmoreland, & was bid on by John Dunshaw for two years, who executed bond with security, which is herewith returned as part of this report.
