upon which a marriage ceremony was celebrated between said plaintiff and defendant in the city of Boston Massachusetts which date was the 4th day of November 1878 and the court also being of the opinion the domicil of said defendant for the purposes of the marriage was the same as that of the plaintiff namely the state of Virginia and the court being also of the opinion that the said defendant in color white and being further of the opinion that the said marriage was attempted to be entered into in Boston, to evade the laws of Virginia prohibiting marriage between a white person nd a colored one and the court being of the opinion that the said facts are fully proved doth adjudge order and decree that the marriage heretofore celebrated between Nicodemus D. Lunsford and Lola P. Lunsford be annulled and be declared void and of no effect and that the said Lola P. Lunsford
