Nicodemus D. Lunsford vs Lola P Lunsford The object of this suit is to obtain a decree of nullity, as to the reputed marriage celebrated between said Nicodemus D. Lunsford and said Lola P Lunsford defendant, or else and in lieu thereof to obtain a decree of divorce in favor of said Nicodemus D Lunsford against said defendant Lola P. Lunsford and also to obtain such decree relative to the issue of said marriage and to the real and personal property of said plaintiff as is provided for by Code of Va 1887 Sec 2263 P 562. Affidavit having been made that the said Lola P Lunsford is a nonresident of this state. (over)
