J. Sydney Smith, Attorney-At-Law, 13 Lowenberg Block Norfolk, VA March 1st 1890. Hon C. W. Hill: You requested that I send you a list of the necessary authorities in the case of Lunsford vs Clapp pending in Norfolk County Circuit Court: and to arrange the necessary papers in said cause. I have seen the Clerk of the court who informs me that you have the papers in the cause and I therefore send directly to you the papers inclosed which I hope may be all that you wish and that same may be in all particulars satisfactory. We are very desirous of having the decree entered this term as parties wish to buy some lots and put improvements thereon at once and a satisfactory sale can not be had as matters now are. Very truly yrs J. Sydney Smith
