PROCLAMATION In recognition and honor of our be- loved President, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and in due respect of his sudden and un- timely death, I, the undersigned, hereby urge and request that all business in the Town of West Point, Virginia, be sus- pended on Saturday, April 14, 1945, be- ginning at 4:00 P. M. of that day, unless otherwise requested by the War Labor Board. Given under my hand this 14th day of April, 1945. J. L. BLAND, Mayor of the Town of West Point, Va.
