The undersigned Commissioners acting under a decree of the County Court of Fluvanna Cty rendered on the 26th June 1846 in the case of Hardin & wife vs. Bragg for a report of the matters in which they have complied with said decree say that they A. P Whiteman's bond to said Wm. N. Bragg as directed in said decree that they have collect Commissioner Bledsoe's bond and hold the sum thereof $100. subject to the further order of this Court, but that Louis Hardin has totally failed & refused to to discharge his bond (for $270.) alleging that he is entitled to recover in this suit a further sum and is unable to pay said bond until such further right is satisfied:  And lastly that Wm. N. Bragg has deposited in our hands the sum of $12.92 stating that he wished in consideration thereof and his further right to recover in this suit the further sum of about $100. or a few more dollars that said Hardins bonds be assigned to him in part or in full satisfaction of his further claims upon the property in contest.  Nov. 21st, 1846  Signed
