Crawley vs. Crawley This cause came on the day to be further heard as the papers formerly read and upon the report of commissioner Terry made in pursuance of the order of the 7 day of June 1850 written exceptions thereto by the defends and was argued by Counsel on considerable where of the court oath recommend the said report to the Commissioner with instructions to him to require from the plaintiff an exhibitor of the account which he has against the [illegible] [illegible] defend. and which he says in his [illegible] [illegible] [illegible] and then to receive such evidence as to parties may lay before him in relation to the said accounts and upon such evidence to take an account balances the plaintiff and the said W. B. Crawley and report the same to this court.
