The Commonwealth of Virginia to the sheriff of Accomack County [illegible]:  We command you that you summon Richard Read & Jane his wife Thomas H Bradford Elza. Bradford, Caleb Bradford, Anne M. Bradford, Nathaniel Bradford & Severn Bradford to appear before our Justices of the court of our said county in Chancery at the courthouse on the last monday in august such to answer a Bill in Chancery exhibited against them by Charles Stockly Executor of Levin Walker due and this they shall in no [illegible] omit under the penalty of one hundred pounds and have them there these with [Witnep?] Littleton Savage clerk of the said court of the courthouse the 31 day of May 1800 in the [year?] of the commonwealth.
