Know all men by these [presents] That Royal H Eubanks and Hector Davis are held and firmly bound unto Charles Tinsley, Samuel H Tinsley, John C. Tinsley, Thomas Tinsley, Peter Tinsley and Redd Chapman in the just and full sum of one hundred Dollars; to the payment of which well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs, Exors and Admor jointly and severally by these presents. Witness our hands and seals the 16th day of September 1836. The Condition of this obligation is that whereas Betsey Bazinett hath obtained from the Judge of the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for the County of Hanover an Injunction injoining and restraining the above named Charles Tinsley, Samuel Tinsley, John C Tinsley, Thomas Tinsley, Peter Tinsley and Redd Chapman, their agents, attornies & all others from taking possession of or otherwise interfering with her, the said Betsey Bazinett, until the further order of the Court. Now if the said Royal H Eubank shall satisfy and pay to the said Charles Tinsley, Samuel H Tinsley, John C Tinsley, Thomas Tinsley, Peter Tinsley and Redd Chapman all such costs and damages as they or either of them shall incur by reason of the said Injunction being awarded in case the same shall be dissolved, then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force. Royal H Eubank {Seal} H. Davis {Seal} Signed, sealed & delivered in presence of B. S. Winston
