THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, To the Sheriff of the County of Hanover Greeting: You are hereby commanded to summon Charles Tinsley, Samuel H. Tinsley, John C. Tinsley, Thomas Tinsley, Peter Tinsley and Redd Chapman to appear on the first day of October term next at the Court House of our Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery, for the County of Hanover to answer a Bill exhibited against them in the said Court, by Betsey Bazinett And unless the defendants shall answer the Bill, within four months thereafter, the Court will take the same for confessed, and decree the matter thereof accordingly. And this they shall in no wise omit, under the penalty £100. each . And have then there this writ. Witness, PHILIP B. WINSTON, Clerk of our said Court, the 16th day of September 1836, and in the 61st year of the Commonwealth. Philip B Winston (one Copy to be delivered each Defendant.)
