Harriot B Parker Plaintiff against Thomas Parramore & Mary his wife Devises of Nathl Darby decd Defendants } Chancery At Rules held in the Clerks office of the County Court of Northampton on the 12th day of January 1822. It appearing that the complainants bill has been filed more than three months & the Defendants not having entered their appearance, nor filed their answer. Decreed & ordered that unless the Defendants appear here on the first day of February Term next & put in a good & sufficient answer, that the Complainant's bill be taken for confessed & that the Court will proceed to decree the matter thereof accordingly.
