This day came the parties by their Attornies, and the cause coming on to be heard upon the Bill & Answer, by consent of the parties.  It is decreed & ordered that Nathaniel Holland, Levin Y. Winder & John E. Nottingham do ascertain and fix the value of the remainder, after the death of Esther Darby, of the track of land whereon Nathaniel Darby lived at the time of his death, fixing
