Thomas Bell vs Mary Bell The Process in this Cause having been Executed April 20th 1869 by service upon defendant in person, and the Bill having been regularly set for hearing at the Rules the cause came on this [blank] day of June 1869, to be heard on the Bill so set for hearing, but not taken for Confessed and the Examinations of witnesses, and was argued by Counsel. On consideration whereof the Court doth adjudge, order and decree that the marriage now [existing?] between the Plaintiff Thomas Bell and the Defendant Mary Bell, formerly Mary [blank] shall be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and that the said Thomas be forever divorced from the said Mary. And the Court doth further order that said Defendant pay to said Plaintiff his Costs in this behalf expended.
