George J. Northam & Wife &c: vs: Wm Nock's Adr: & als. } In Chancery

This cause in which the plaintiffs' Bill appears to have been regularly entered at rules as taken for confessed, and set for hearing this day came on to be heard upon the said Bill so taken for confessed, and the exhibits therewith filed, and was argued by Counsel. On consideration whereof, by consent of parties, the court doth adjudge, order and decree that it be referred to a Master Commissioner of this court to take an account of the transactions of William Nock deceased as administrator with the will annexed of Zadock Nock deceased, from the time of his qualification as such, and in taking the said account, the said Master is directed to consider as correct the account heretofore made up by said Administrator in his lifetime, a copy whereof is filed as an Exhibit, with the Bill, except so far as the same may be surcharged and falsified or impeached by proof on the fact of either plaintiffs or defendant, leave to do which is hereby granted indifferently to both. And the court doth reserve the consideration &c.
