Honbl. court will decree a sale of said lots of ground, on such terms and the proceeds of sale to be re-invested in such manner as to the court may seem just and proper. And your orator prays for such other and general relief as the court may deem just, and proper, and that the Commonwealths most gracious writ of subpoena may issue against the said Prudence Crandell Hepburn, Moses G. Hepburn, Amelia Rebecca Hepburn, Julia Ann Hepburn, and Thomas Hepburn commanding &c and your orator will ever pray &c.

Alexandria County to wit: Mary Hepburn personally appeared before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in & for the county aforesaid and made oath in due form of law, that the facts set forth in the within bill, so far as the same [?] in his own knowledge are true and so far as they depend on the information of others he believes to be true given under my hand this 3rd day of May 1848
