to appear at the rules to be held at the Clerk's Office of our Circut Superior Court of Law and Chancery of the county of Alexandria, at the Court-house of said county, on the first Monday in April next to answer a bill in Chancery exhibited again them in said court by Moses Hepburn in his [illegible]  right and as guardian for his infant children the said Prudence Crandell Hepburn Moses G Hepburn, Amelia Rebecca Hepburn, Julia Ann Hepburn and Thomas Hepburn
