That your comr. has collected the interest or dividends or said stock for the six months, preceeding the first of July 1853, and the first of Jany 1854, the amount of which will be found in said statement A. Your Commissioner further reports, that the said Lewis Cooper has failed to comply with said decree, by delivering that portion of the residue, of the stock, which is now due, as required by the decree of the 13th day of May 1853 - That about the 26th of July 1853 your comr. recd. from Reuben Johnston the agent for said Cooper, a notice which is returned here with marked 3 - and within a few days past, the said Cooper in person, called on yr. comr., and informed him, that he declined delivering any more stock as required by said last named decree, until he could be satisfied by a Judicial decision from this Honble court, that the title to the said real estates as purchased by him would be valued. all of which is respectfully submitted Francis L.
