George A Martin v Scott Riddick et ux et als  }    To the Hon A Watts Judge of the Court of Hustings of the City of Portsmouth, Va.   I Wm. C Barnes spl com'r. in said cause respectfully report as follows:  I rec'd from the purchaser S P Oast the residue of the purchase money to wit Three hundred dollars & thereupon the same day to wit the 8th day of Decemb'r 1898 made him a deed conveying the property mentioned in said decree  I paid the cost & expense of sale & paid G A Martin the Judgment debt & Justice & Constables costs and Asbury & Brown attorneys for Susana Riddick the residue of money in my hands I complied in all aspects with your honors Decree last entered in said cause.
