Sometimes he paid for the things he brought in the store [illegible] at other times he was charged he was [illegible] charged for work done in the blacksmith shop. 10th Did he or did he not have [illegible] his work [illegible] in the blacksmiths shop during the time you lived with the [illegible] Masons. Answer. He did I have frequently had work done there for said Mason while I lived with him. 11th Did he or did he not deal chiefly in the store of [illegible] Walston & Son. Answer. He did. he brought more goods there than any where also he bot goods sometimes of [Ailworth?] 12th [illegible] your knowledge of the dealings of the [illegible] Mason in the store of [illegible] Walston & Son, is or is not the [illegible] [illegible] before you filed in the papers of this suit [illegible] [illegible]. He was in the habit of dealing in the [illegible] store and I frequently bot goods there for the [illegible] Mason. 16th Did you, or [illegible] you not at all interested in the claims to which you have testified above.
